About Journal

The Art, Culture, and Media Quarterly was established in 1404 SH (2025–2026 CE) with the aim of fulfilling the scientific and research-oriented missions and objectives of the Research Institute of Islamic Culture and Art. This quarterly journal seeks to provide a platform for the publication of specialized and innovative research by supporting scientific studies in the fields of “culture,” “art,” and “media.” To develop a deeper understanding of Iranian society’s culture, art, communication, and media-related issues and their transformations, the journal invites faculty members, researchers, and graduate students to submit their scientific research articles to the journal.

Financial Policies

1. Article Processing Charges

Until further notice, no fee will be charged to authors for the publication of submitted articles.

2. Subscription Fees

The Art, Culture, and Media Quarterly is published as an online, open-access journal; therefore, no subscription fee is charged to readers.

3. Open Access and Copyright Policy

The Art, Culture, and Media Quarterly is an open-access journal, meaning that all articles published in the journal are freely and openly accessible, and articles will be made available on the journal’s website immediately upon publication.

All articles published by the journal are distributed under the terms and conditions of the Creative Commons Attribution License 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). License holders may copy, distribute, display, and create derivative works only with appropriate attribution to the original published article.

In this journal, authors retain all rights (copyright) to the content of their articles indefinitely.

Publication Policies

1. Ethical Policy

2. Publication Schedule

The journal is published quarterly and releases four issues per year. All articles published by the journal from its inception to the present will remain available on the journal’s dedicated website.

  • All accepted articles are available in PDF format for viewing, downloading, and printing.

  • Authors receive notification of acceptance or rejection within 2–3 months of submitting their articles.
