The Art, Culture, and Media Quarterly was established in 1404 SH (2025–2026 CE) with the aim of fulfilling the scientific and research-oriented missions and objectives of the Research Institute of Islamic Culture and Art. This quarterly journal seeks to provide a platform for the publication of specialized and innovative research by supporting scientific studies in the fields of “culture,” “art,” and “media.” To develop a deeper understanding of Iranian society’s culture, art, communication, and media-related issues and their transformations, the journal invites faculty members, researchers, and graduate students to submit their scientific research articles to the journal.
At present, the Art, Culture, and Media Quarterly does not hold a scientific-research ranking from the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, and after one year (four issues), it will enter the evaluation process for the determination of its ranking.
There are no fees for the peer review and publication of articles.
The Art, Culture, and Media Quarterly, in accordance with publication ethics, follows the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and complies with the executive regulations of the Law on the Prevention of and Countering Fraud in Scientific Works.
The journal also evaluates plagiarism and literary theft and their various manifestations and addresses such cases in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology.
